Self Storage is a service offering flexible do it yourself storage for business and domestic customers.
We provide clean and dry individually alarmed storage units, to which access is free 7 days a week
between the hours of 6am and 8pm. Your storage unit is locked with your own padlock ensuring that you
are the only person to have access to your goods.
       
    You need your own padlock to ensure that you are the only one who has a key to your unit, thus ensuring
you total privacy. We stock a full range of locks for your convenience.
       
    It depends on the the amount of items you have to store. We recommend that you go to our Space
Calculator Page where you can enter items into the boxes shown and when you click the calculate button,
it will tell you how many cubic metres you need. Then email details to us and we’ll send you back a quote.
       
    The price you are quoted by our staff includes your storage charges, rates, service charges, and
maintenance charges. You will need a padlock to secure your unit and you can purchase Insurance
if you wish. Remember "If It's Worth Storing, It's Worth Insuring".
There is no security deposit required at the time of booking.
       
    We invoice customers on a calendar month basis in advance. However we only ask for fourteen
days notice when you vacate your unit and we refund you any unused storage charges.

   If You pay 3 months in advance you receive a 2% discount
   If You pay 6 months in advance you receive a 4% discount
   If You pay 12months in advance you receive a 6% discount

Plus you can print out the $20 Gift Voucher and receive this off your first months unit rental or
packaging if you store with us for a minimum of 1 month it's up to you how you want to use it.

    No, you can fill in your storage agreement today and move in immediately. However to guarenteed a
unit of your choice and size it is always best to book, this way you will avoid dissapointment.
       
    Yes, your manager will fill in our simple one page storage agreement with you, (this only takes a few minutes)
and then you can move your items in straight away.

   Saturday 8.00am to 4pm

However once you become a Complete Self Storage client you will have access to the facility 7
days a week including public holidays. The office is also closed on public holidays.

    No you don't you only have to sign a simple straight forward storage service agreement, prior to moving into your unit. The agreement comprises a single, one page "no fuss"
contract and only takes about 10 minutes to fill in.
       
    You can bring them down yourself in your own vehicle if you have a ute, trailer or truck depending on how
many items you have to store. We have ample parking and large loading and unloading areas.
Alternatively we can recommend our local Removalist which offers our clients excellent discount rates to
move you in and out when you're ready.
       
    No we do not do removals as part of our business, however we have a dedicated covered trailer
for hire to our clients at very good rates that you can hire to move in and out. We also have a special
arrangement with Budget Truck Hire for our clients that allows you to get very good rates when you tell
them we sent you.
       
    We have units that are about 1 metre by 1 metre lockers and our walk-in units start at about 1.5 metres
by 1.5 metres.
       
    Yes you can. Your monthly unit rental amount will be altered to suit your final unit size.
       
    Depending on which unit you store in, most units average at 2.8 metres.
       
    Our units are fully ventilated, and you will find that the storage units, because of their insulation and
ventilation remain at a fairly constant temperature during the year.
       
    All Complete Self Storage facilities have Closed Circuit TV Cameras throughout the facility that are
in operation 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All entries and exits are monitored around the clock.
The Main Gate can only be opened by using your own unique Personalised Access Pin Code as well as
every unit in the facility is individually alarmed for further security.
As you can see from the above security features, it is extremely Safe and Secure for our clients. No one
can enter the facility grounds without us knowing.
       
    There is no minimum stay required.
       
    You are welcome to stay as long as you like, as long as you pay your rent.
       
    Yes we require 14 days notice.
       
   

You can store almost anything you want. The only exceptions are the following items:
Living items such as animals and plants
Hazardous materials such as Flammable Liquids
Explosives in any shape or form and whether sealed or otherwise
Pesticides in any shape or form and again regardless if sealed or not
Paint products or thinners and turpentine
Petrol, Kerosene, Diesel or Oil
Any illegal substances
Anything that can decompose, such as foodstuffs or organic material
Firearms of any sort

       
   

Yes we do sell Boxes and Packaging Supplies, we have an extensive range of High Quality Packaging
Supplies. Our range includes everything from Boxes to Bubblewrap and Mattress Covers to Tape and
Marking Pens. See our Packaging Page on our website for the full range, you can select the items you
need and Email us your order and we will call you to confirm them. At that stage you can pay by Credit Card
over the phone or pop down and pay for them in person, which ever is more convenient for you.
Yes we can deliver your Packaging supplies to you for a small delivery charge, in the Brisbane metro area.

       
    Yes we will as long as you give us notice of what is being delivered and when it is coming. We will also sign
for the amount of boxes received but NOT the contents of each box. This is offered to you as a Free Service
unless this isa regular service required by you. If this is to be the case we would talk with you and make formal arrangements.
       
    Yes we do and they are Free for you to use. They can only be used on the premises and are not to be taken
off the premises at any time. We also have Forklift on site that is available for Hire and is driven by one of
our staff unless you have a current Queensland Forklift License.
       
    We have someone available 24hrs a day. Our resident caretaker manager is available outside of office hours. He is contactable through our intercom on the premises or calling our office number on 3823 1000

    Yes you can have shelving installed at an extra cost. When you are reserving your unit, ask your
manager to measure and give you a quote. Monthly rental is payable on the shelving.
       
    No the units do not come with standard lighting, however lighting can be arranged and installed prior
to your moving in. Ask your manager for a quote when you are talking with him.
